This is where I tell you a little bit about myself:

So far, I’ve been writing, financing and directing my films on a part-time basis (read: at night). Writing and directing because I’m passionate about telling stories and financing because… as anyone who makes films will tell you, it’s an expensive hobby.

After 15 years of being a management consultant and 15 years of trying to figure out what that really means, I decided to try and earn a living from my hobby. I moved back to Brussels after having lived ten years in London and set up LDV Production with a friend. We make corporate videos and things haven’t changed that much, I still ache to tell stories and spent my nights working on making it happen.

Looking ahead, I currently have a slate of 3 feature films in the works; THE TRICK, a psychological thriller about a girl who mysteriously disappears after auditioning for a magician, PENUMBRA, a dark thriller about a couple who gets stuck in time on a small British Isle and TAGINE EXPRESS, a romantic comedy set in Brussels and New York about a small time car mechanic who dreams of becoming a successful businessman.

I also enjoy traveling and taking pictures, hence my “Crossing the finish line” picture (Colca Canyon, Peru).
